WORKSPACE
- Minimum label size .25" x .25"
- Maximum 15" x 23"
REGISTRATION SET UP
- Label sheet must have a minimum of 2 edge (90o) registration
- 4 sided symmetrical edge trim preferred
- Supply 15% OVERS for set-up and loss
(Percentage may decrease depending on job size)
LINERS*
- PLASTIC (POLY): Polypropylene, polyolefin, polyester, polystyrene
- PAPER 90# poly coated stay flat liner
- Avoid cutting or nicking into liner
- Labels on liner MUST lay flat
*Contact us for an assessment if an alternative liner has been used
LABEL CONFIGURATION
- .250" perimeter margin
- Minimum .125" consistency between each label
RADIUS CORNERS
- .030" outside minimum
- .060" inside minimum

EMBOSSED ARTWORK
- .020" maximum height restriction
- Artwork review required; email pdf, tif, jpg or fax.
KISS CUT
Label shape, remove excess material (weed or strip)
OVERLAMINATES & VARNISHES
These have particular surface tension properties;

LABEL SUBSTRATE*
Non porous, high surface energy substrates: Mylar/Polyester,Lexan/Polycarbonate, Vinyl, Acrylic and Aluminum.
*Low surface energy substrates such as: Polypropylene, Polystyrene, Polyethylene are not recommended.
*Please contact us if a varnished or foiled paper is to be used to confirm compatability.
